*Thursday morning practices move to the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre for LC training starting January, with some exceptions as noted on the CREST calendar.

The number of sessions for each swimmer depends on their age and ability. While the selection of practice times is very flexible, it is the expectation that swimmers will target the number of practices recommended for their age group. High-school swimmers are encouraged to swim in the mornings when the pool is less busy; and while junior swimmers generally swim with Development Coaches on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings as well as Saturday morning and evening, they are also welcome to swim with our Head Coach during other session times.
Competitive Swim Practice Expectations
8&U: 3-4 sessions/ week
9-10: 4-5 sessions/ week
11-12: 5-6 sessions/ week
13-14: 6-7 sessions/ week
15-16: 7-8 sessions/ week
17&O: Minimum 9 sessions/ week
